Chapter of The Year Awarded to
Central Virginia CRS Chapter
The Chapter of the Year award is awarded to one small, medium, and large size Chapter out of a total fifty-two (52) Chapters in the United States for their outstanding efforts and achievements. Chapters must provide a number of member services, educational courses and complete a community service project in order to receive the award.
The Council of Residential Specialists judge the entries and the presentation is made at the Annual Conference in November during the National Association of Realtors Conference and Expo.
CRS of the Year

The presentation of the CRS of the Year Award to Angelika Noblet by President Elect Vicki Vogt.
Every year the Central Virginia CRS Chapter awards one of its members "The CRS of the Year" award.
The recipient of the 2007 CRS of the Year award has served on many committees, as well as participated in the Richmond Association of Realtors.
She worked to prevent the real estate tax from increasing in the County of Chesterfield.
It is in large part due to her endless efforts that our chapter won the Chapter of the year award for the very first time!
Her leadership, her enthusiasm and guidance have been an inspiration to all around her.
"We have some Members who have not received the CRS Designation and she has been constantly advising and reminding them of the requirements and the application to submit necessary to become a Certified Residential Specialists. Encouraging them to further their education in the real estate
profession".
This year’s motto "Together we are strong" is how strongly she believes in our chapter
It is with great pride and my privilege to present the
Central Virginia CRS Chapter CRS of the Year award
to our
President, Angelika Noblet!

Presentation of the Chapter With A Heart Award. (from lt. to rt.) Lisa Atkinson, Chairperson Public Relations
& Awards; Angelika Noblet, President and Ralph Cantrell, Corporate Executive
Officer of the Richmond Association of Realtors.
The “Chapter With A Heart Award” was won by the Central Virginia CRS Chapter in the years of 2006 and 2007.
The "Chapter with a Heart" is a unique project. The Central
Virginia CRS Chapter chooses to focus their efforts on humanitarian
efforts. Community projects give the Chapter and its members positive publicity
and feelings of goodwill and pride knowing they have helped the
community. Different projects may be chosen by the Membership yearly.
In 2007 the humanitarian projects the members focused their efforts on were:
St. Joseph’s Villa by donating children, women and men clothing, furniture, household items, blankets, and Easter Baskets, more than $1,800.
Friends United of the Richmond Shelter, (FURS).At the March Membership meeting and the Holiday Luncheon Members brought leashes, food, biscuit treats, animal toys, towels, bedding and cash donations were made and given to FURS.
