Virginia R. Rose
CRS of the Year - 2008

Every year the Central Virginia CRS Chapter awards one of its members "The CRS of the Year" award. The recipient of the 2008 CRS of the Year award is Virginia R. Rose.
Virginia created with much love, compassion, sincerity, and dedication a distinctive, separate local Chapter. The "Central Virginia CRS Chapter" in 2004. She had a vision and passion for her fellow Realtors to providing them with the BEST education right here in Richmond, VA. She was pulling in the best Instructors for our local meetings. Drawing attention to National Council for observing the growth of a very small (originally called SUB-CHAPTER) to a nationally recognized Chapter with First Class service to its Members. Virginia's tenacity and love for her creation combined with an unbeatable knowledge made the Chapter stand out. Her Integrity, her Character, her expectation in others to giving their BEST as she does, is not seen much anymore. She has, over the years, taught the various Presidents the ropes and lead us to finally the "Chapter of the Year" AWARD in 2007 in the "small" chapter category. Virginia also manages the updating and accuracy of the chapter web site to keep members informed. What this lady has achieved is amazing. Still giving her ALL to this Chapter from her heart.

The "Chapter with a Heart" is a unique project. The Central Virginia CRS Chapter chooses to focus their efforts on humanitarian efforts. Community projects give the Chapter and its members positive publicity and feelings of goodwill and pride knowing they have helped the community. Different projects may be chosen by the Membership yearly.
